มาเรียนรู้วิธีการใช้ Data ตัวเลขต่างๆ ในการช่วยตัดสินใจ และ วัดผลแต่ก่อนจะวัดผลเราต้องมีเป้าที่ดี ก่อน ไม่งั้นวัดไปก็ไม่มีประโยชน์ ดังนั้นเราจะเริ่มจาก การตั้งเป้าให้กับธุรกิจ Product, Project หรือ Platform ด้วย OKR, KPI กันก่อน แล้วไปต่อที่ Analytics Tracking กันมาคุยกันว่า Conversion คืออะไร Funnel เป็นยังไง จากนั้นมาลองออกแบบการทดลองเพื่อปรับปรุง Product เพิ่ม Conversion แก้ปัญหา Funnel Dropoff สุดท้ายเราจะมาดูผล แล้วก็มาลองรายงานผลกัน เรียนและลองทำจริงผ่าน Workshop รับมากสุด 16 คนเท่านั้นครับ !
